Withdraw from a contract

With this form, consumers can withdraw from a contract concluded online — such as the purchase of a gift voucher — within 14 days without giving any reason. Your declaration is saved immediately; you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email as proof. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions, item 11.

Please note: for printed products manufactured individually to your specifications, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 18 para. 1 no. 3 FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). Alternatively, an email to florianskodic@skodic.com.
